Jumping Kids Open Air Project

Durban, 5 July 2014 – Today, six Kwa-Zulu Natal learners between the ages of 12 and 17 are getting a new lease on life at the Open Air School in Glenwood, Durban. The kids, all of whom are living with leg amputations, are being fitted with advanced prosthetic solutions geared to increase their mobility – an exercise that, in effect, turns disability into ability.
